Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy of an adolescent combined with sage's wisdom is the most exemplary example of modern day woman who is able to do it all. She is an actress author health guru talk show host, producer, entrepreneur, model, director dancer, singer and, most importantly, wife and mother! Perpetual Motion is the name her name is referred to by a lot of people. Marilu is living witness to the effect her holistic philosophy is having on her daily life. She believes that health will allow you to do anything. But not always. When she was in her teens, she watched as her weight increased. The food she ate was emotional and was sick all the every day. Both of her parents, who were aged in their 50s, and experiencing heart attacks and arthritis-related ailments, passed away. She realized she needed to assume responsibility for her wellbeing. The goal was not to lose weight however, the goal was to improve the health of our bodies and develop ways to improve the capacity of our bodies to work. Also, she is a frequent character in Chris Guest's mockumentary movies. Coolidge is a graduate of The Groundlings in Los Angeles, is known for her improv comedy and sketches. She is the lead character Sophie on CBS's 2 Broke Girls, where she is Max and Caroline's Polish neighbour upstairs, who manages the cleaning business.
