Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began when she was 14 years old. She was a kickboxer, boxer and wrestling prior to making her first amateur appearance at WCFC before Jaimee Nievera. Ladd became more confident after her win, and she won three fights at Ultimate Reno Combat. Her opponents were all defeated in the 1st round. After that, she went to WCFC again and beat Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo at WCFC 9. Cynthia was superior to Aspen in the fight, beating her by unanimous vote. Cynthia's amateur records were affected. Ladd was victorious in her subsequent match with Roma Pawelek to improve to a record of 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta 11, she was able to dominate Ana Carolina Vidal to score TKO victory in the opening round. The next time she fought, she won with Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. She then fought at bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to defeat McGill in third round TKO. Aspen was then in a fight with Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at weight of catchweight (138.1lb) in the event that Ladd was unable to reach her weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to take on Hoy. She won via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks won by unanimous vote. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut came on UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She was a step ahead of Lina and pounded her with a ground-and-pound to pick up a second-round TKO victory. Her dominance continued and she got a bigger win during her next fight against Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd defeated Evinger within the first few seconds and received a bonus for her performance during the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight. Ladd was the winner of the night's main event fight bonus after both fighters fought hard in a tense back and forth battle. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16 seconds of the fight and ended her winning streak. in the 3rd round on UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. In a recent replacement match for UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
