Salma Hayek
Salma Hayek Pinault, born Salma Valgarma Hayek Jamesenez on September 2, 1966, is an American and Mexican actress and producer. Her professional career began in Mexico in the telenovela Teresa, in which she was a lead in the telenovela Teresa (1989-1991), and the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995) that brought her an Ariel Award nomination. From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999), Dogma (1999) and Desperado (1995) were just a few of her many Hollywood credits. Hayek's performance as Frida Kahlo painting artist in Frida (2002) which was a biographical documentary she made and won her the Academy Award for Best Actress nomination [66. Also, she was awarded her Golden Globe Award, Screen Actors Guild Award and British Academy Film Award nominations.
